Our Partnership with Brookline
Meridian Chestnut Hill has been shaped through coordination with town officials, planning guidance and ongoing public process. The goal is a project that responds to long-standing town priorities while remaining subject to Brookline’s full review.
Town-led process
The public process has involved coordination with the Town of Brookline and multiple opportunities for review and discussion.
Community input
The proposal has evolved through feedback and engagement aimed at strengthening the project’s public benefits and fit within the area.
More review ahead
Approval of the warrant articles would not bypass review. It would allow the project to continue into subsequent design and permitting stages.

Special Permit, Design Advisory and Detailed Permitting Process
If approved, the project would then move through a special permit and design advisory process that provides additional opportunity for public comment and refinement of the proposal. A detailed permitting process would take a year or more. Construction would begin after those processes are completed.
